Household appliances that are purchased for long-term use and intensive use, by definition, must be of high quality. Unfortunately, this does not always happen, but, fortunately, buyers have quite a lot of experience in using household appliances of a particular manufacturer and there is already an objective opinion on the quality of goods of different brands.
Objective Quality Criteria
It is clear that marriage cases are found among household appliances produced by any brand, because these are quite complex units consisting of a mechanical and, often, electronic part. But for some firms, marriage is an accidental phenomenon, and for some, it is quite traditional. In addition, it is important how much the brand is concerned about the quality of its products and the attitude of consumers to it, i.e. how developed the service is and how much this brand is loyal to them. According to buyers, a good brand not only produces high-quality equipment, but is also ready to quickly and efficiently eliminate defects or replace the device with maximum convenience for the “injured” party. A special study conducted by the All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion (VTsIOM) made it possible to determine the top ten manufacturers that Russians trust more.
