Table vinegar for silver jewelry
The principle of table vinegar is similar to cleaning silver with citric acid. To clean products made of this material, pour 200 ml of water and 1.5 tbsp. 9% vinegar into enameled dishes, put a piece of foil in the liquid. Silver jewelry should be gently lowered onto the foil and boiled for 2-3 minutes, then remove the product and wipe dry with a soft material.
Vinegar can be replaced with 1 tsp. citric acid, but do not need to boil water, hot enough. When the silver has cleared, it must be removed, washed with running water and wiped with a soft cloth.
