500 g of ground beef;

2 finely chopped tomatoes;

salt, pepper, seasoning to taste.

Cooking

Fill a large pot with water, add a little salt. Bring water to a boil over high heat. Cut the tops of each pepper, clean the inside of the seeds. Dip the pepper in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then put in a sieve, let the water drain.

Turn on the preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place the skillet in a high heat, add oil and onion. While stirring constantly, spasser the onion for 4-5 minutes, add the garlic and cook another 1-2 minutes.
