Laminate is somewhat moody when leaving, but dealing with it is quite simple. It is only necessary to avoid its mechanical damage and ingress of aggressive substances.

Wooden products do not like moisture. Especially afraid of its materials from waste wood. Most owners of floors choose a laminate from chipboards. These products are cheap, but quickly absorb water, swell, crumble and become worthless. Therefore, you need to update such a surface carefully, with a small amount of water.

Wash the laminate in a gentle manner using specialized detergents. Acquiring this chemistry is not necessary. Perfectly replace it with any non-aggressive fluids or gels. As the latter, an ordinary children's shampoo is suitable. It is diluted in water, a rag is moistened in the resulting solution, it is wrung out well and the floor is wiped. It is ideal to purchase a special mop for this with convenient squeezing of the washing element, which will not scratch the protective layer of the coating and leave stains on it. Basic laminate cleaning methods include lightweight modes that are preferred for cleaning flooring from this material.

  1. Water in a rag. Here they use a mop with the ability to squeeze the washing element. Dip the bottom of the mop in ordinary clean water, squeeze out its excess and quickly wipe the laminate. The floor is immediately treated with a dry rag. Excess water is absorbed into it and will not fall into the base of the material. This is sufficient for dust or simple impurities.

  2. Hot water and a rag. Hot water (about 60 degrees) perfectly removes pollution. The procedure does not change: dipped, squeezed, wiped, and then wiped dry.

  3. Water and vinegar. It is effective when the pollution is more persistent and the floor in some places has lost its luster. On a bucket of slightly warm water add a tablespoon of vinegar essence, mix well. The solution is placed in a spray bottle and a dry soft cloth is prepared. Apply this product to a dirty stain and immediately begin to rub it with a rag. As soon as the laminate shines, wash the area with clean water and wipe it.

  4. Children's shampoo. If the surface is very dirty, you should try this affordable product. Water should be taken hot and diluted with a couple of tablespoons of shampoo. Cleaning is done with a squeezed rag, wipe the material again with clean water, and then wipe it dry.
