In order to wash the corrector, you need to find out its composition. There are various types of correctors that differ in their basis. You can find out by reading the composition, which must be indicated on the bottle. You can just smell the bottle - it also helps, you are unlikely to confuse the smell of acetone or alcohol. A water-based corrector is removed with water, alcohol is cleaned with alcohol (vodka, cologne are also suitable), if the base is acetone, try nail polish remover, white spirit, acetone.

Before trying to wash the corrector with the help of potent means, it is better to conduct a kind of training. Put the corrector on the thing you do not need and try to wash it. Only after you find out what is best suited from the funds, proceed to remove the corrector from the thing that it accidentally hit. And even in this case, it is better to first drop a drop of the product on the corner of the item being cleaned and see - because potent agents can damage the color of the item, ruin, for example, synthetic fabric, plastic.

Try using a special fluid to dilute the corrector, which is sold at office supply stores. If its base is the same as the one on which the corrector is made, the spots will be wiped off.

If chemicals did not help to wash the corrector, it remains to use mechanical ones - some proofreaders do not dissolve in alcohol and solvent, but are wiped off well with a brush or scraper. This is a painstaking task, it will take a long time to clean, but there is simply no other way. Carefully clean off the corrector particles that have eaten into the surface of the item, being careful not to damage the item itself. Sponges, brushes, scrapers are suitable - depending on which surface you need to remove the corrective agent.
