Coal briquettes are more like compacted small waste of coal, combined with a cementitious compound, resin or molasses. In the manufactured form, they have a different shape specified in the production.

1
The advantage of such briquettes is their low manufacturing costs and their ease. And also the fact that this product is widely used for heating thermal power plants and home stoves. Due to the fact that briquettes contain a large amount of air with oxygen, ignition will occur more easily than lump coal. Its calorific value is 5900-7600 kcal. The combustion of coal briquettes occurs evenly due to its uniformity and solidity. Emission of gases and smoke during combustion does not occur, and the resulting ash is used as mineral fertilizer.
2
Organic cementing briquettes are very different in quality from their counterparts, as their production takes place by hot pressing from coal and mineral powder. To improve the quality of briquettes, the raw materials are subjected to carbonization at 4550 degrees. After this treatment, the semicoke burns better, but also requires a drying cycle in a low-temperature chamber.
3
The use of coal briquettes allows you to save 30% of fuel, and their weight and shape can reduce the cost of transport and operating costs. And also it eliminates excess dust and dirt during storage, which are the main economic disadvantage of solid carbohydrates.
