Attach a bracket for the indoor unit, install brackets for the outdoor. Connect all tubes to the device, tighten the nuts and pump out all the air. Make sure that there is no leakage of freon, turn on the air conditioner in the network.

It is necessary to mark on the wall the place where the indoor unit of the split system will be installed. All work must be done using the level. Having departed from the ceiling at least 20 cm, it is necessary to provide for a slight slope of the Freon route, which will ensure free condensation draining towards the intended hole in the wall.

The second step is to drill a hole with a diameter of 45-60 mm using a puncher in the wall, through which copper pipes and drainage with a cable will pass in the future. From the street you need to install brackets for the outdoor unit. It must support a weight several times the weight of the unit. If there is a need, then you need to leave a margin for installing a visor. From the side of the room, a bracket is installed on the wall, on which the indoor unit will be mounted.

Holding the handles of the outdoor unit firmly, it must be installed on the brackets and bolted. Such work is best done together with a partner, using a pro-Alpine harness and ropes. The next step is to connect the drain pipe and the drain hose of the indoor unit. To ensure complete sealing, the joint should be treated with glue and wrapped with TPL tape. Using a pipe cutter, cut the required length of the copper tubes, making a margin of length for a bend or ring, which will subsequently be laid between the wall and the outdoor unit.

Next, the edges of the tubes are processed with a rimmer so that the chamfer is removed from the inner surface of the pipe. Remember that on top you need to put on nuts and apply thermal insulation thermoflex, and only then proceed to flaring the tubes. When connecting the tubes to the indoor unit, it is necessary to observe alignment and avoid distortion. The nuts are tightened with a torque wrench. Further, acting, as indicated in the instructions for the split system, the drainage, cable and copper pipes are wrapped with tape.

After pushing the tubes into the hole in the wall, you need to hang the indoor unit on the mounting plate. Attach copper pipes to the outdoor unit by tightening the nuts with a torque wrench. By connecting the vacuum pump to the service port of the outdoor unit, you need to pump out all the air there. You can verify the tightness of the system if you observe the arrow of the monometer - it should not move. Once again, make sure that the pressure in the mounted system is stable: to do this, slightly open the liquid valve and close it again. Having treated with a soap solution of the joints, make sure that there is no leakage of freon.

Disconnect the hose from the service port and cover it with a nut. Open both valves on a thick and thin tube. Turn on the air conditioner, tighten the nuts and wash all joints. Make sure that the installation is completed correctly.
