Cleaning the iron with vinegar
- We dilute vinegar with water in a ratio of 1: 1.
- We fill the iron tank with 1/3 of the solution.
- Turn the iron on and put it in an upright position.
- We leave the iron for cleaning in this position for 5-10 minutes. The iron will turn off spontaneously, then heat up to the maximum (this should take several cycles).
- After the time has passed, we begin to release the steam, while dirty, rusty water should flow from the sole. We continue to release steam until the water becomes clear.
- Repeat the cleaning process using clean, distilled water. This is necessary to get rid of the remains of vinegar.
