Mix salt and flour, add quite a bit of acetic acid or lemon juice. Thoroughly clean the medal on all sides with a brush or sponge using the product you received. Leave the mixture for a few minutes so that the dirt is better off. Then clean and rinse the reward under running water. Wipe clean with a towel - moisture contributes to tarnishing of the metal.

Cut the lemon, and if the medal is large, then grapefruit into two parts. Immerse the product in the pulp and leave for several hours. During this time, all contaminants are soaked under the influence of fruit acid. Clean the medal and rinse.

Add vinegar to the water to make about 10% solution. Put on a stove over medium heat, add table salt (1-3 tablespoons, depending on the volume of water). Mix well and lower the medal. Boil for 10 minutes. Wait for the water to cool and use a spoon to remove the product. If dirt remains, brush with soda. When working with vinegar, observe safety precautions, try not to inhale outgoing fumes.

Clean the medal with toothpaste with small abrasive particles, if all other means do not inspire confidence in you. Moisten the product with water, apply the paste and clean it with a toothbrush with active movements. Rinse thoroughly, otherwise it will leave whitish traces. Instead of paste, tooth powder is also suitable, which can still be found in pharmacies.
