Siding (vinyl and metal), lining, DSP, professional sheet, facade panels (for example, Chania) are suitable for sheathing a frame house. The principle of installation of any of these materials is one and the same: they are installed on a frame made of wooden bars or metal profiles.

How to make a crate for mounting a casing?

To perform this work, you will need either bars with a section of 3/4 cm or 4/4 cm, or a metal profile, which is used for the installation of drywall structures. In this case, it is better to buy software 60/27 or PS 50/40. To fasten the vertical racks to the wall of the frame house, you will need suspensions that are used in working with drywall. If external insulation of the house is not provided, you can buy shortened suspensions.

First, the number of vertical posts is calculated, taking into account that the optimal distance between them is 40-50 cm. Mark up: using the building level and marker, draw vertical lines indicating the location of the frame racks. Then measure the height of the wall and, in accordance with it, cut bars or metal profiles.

Suspensions are required along the marking lines. The top and bottom should be no more than 15 cm from the corresponding edge of the wall, the number of intermediate ones is determined on the basis that there should be no more than 60 cm between them. Suspensions are fixed with screws on wood.

After that proceed to the installation of uprights. The distance from the wall to the bar or metal profile must be at least 5 cm. If wall insulation is required, it must correspond to the thickness of the insulation. You can use polystyrene or mineral wool and its modifications. To protect from the environment, a vapor barrier membrane is mounted on top of the mineral wool.
