How often we are happy to try on inexpensive, stylish shoes, while forgetting the golden rule: do not save or buy beautiful, but uncomfortable shoes. Disappointment comes later, when the shoes are tight or have to be worn, washing the legs to corns. Choosing shoes is easy enough if you take into account the basic requirements for the product.

  1. Buying new shoes is best in the middle of the day. The morning fitting can be deceiving, it will not guarantee that the shoes will fit, because in the evening the legs tend to swell.
  2. The product should comfortably fit the leg without squeezing it. Close shoes threaten with deformation of the fingers, it disrupts blood circulation and promotes nail ingrowth. Even if the selected pair of shoes is really liked, you should not suffer for a long time trying to spread uncomfortable shoes, this is fraught with the appearance of corns, muscle pain and tired legs.
  3. You need to try on both shoes correctly. It is necessary to walk in them for at least some time in the fitting zone in order to feel the toe of the shoe with your fingers. Fingers should not rest against the toe or bulge outward.
  4. Sole deserves special attention. Too thin sole is impractical and uncomfortable - the foot will feel every stone on the asphalt. The sole should be soft and elastic. To check its quality, you need to bend the shoes in your hands. Ideally, if the sole easily bends without a pronounced deformation of the top.
  5. In order for the foot in the shoes to breathe and ensure normal heat transfer, shoes made of natural materials should be chosen - leather, suede, nubuck.
  6. In demi-season shoes, it is important to pay attention to the zipper. It should not be sewn too low, otherwise the legs will get wet.
  7. In winter shoes, an important point is the rather thick sole and the presence of a special tread on it to prevent slipping.

Only correctly selected shoes will provide the feet with the necessary comfort, eliminate possible diseases and will serve its owner for many years.
