A clothes dryer can, of course, be purchased at the store, using a wide selection. However, not every model can be suitable for a certain interior of a room, in addition, all dryers have dimensions specified by the manufacturer. And this does not always allow you to economically use the free space of the room.

If, having visited the store, you could not choose a dryer that is suitable in design and size for your bathroom, you can make it yourself. You can choose a specific model, given the availability of skills from the master.

The first embodiment of the dryer

The most common as dryers before factory analogues were ropes stretched between the walls. If you decide to make such a stationary rope structure, then in the store you should buy several pairs of self-tapping hooks and a strong rope that can be replaced with a thin cable.

To begin with, you should mark the wall, marking from opposite sides the points where the hooks will be strengthened. Marks should be located above the bath. Then you can start drilling holes in which you will need to insert plugs, after which you can screw the hooks into them.

In order for the hooks to be located strictly opposite each other, and the stretched ropes turn out to be horizontal parallel lines, marking should be done using a tape measure and level. If the ceiling has been leveled and you know that it is perfectly horizontal, then you can set aside points for drilling from it. Once the hooks have been set, you can pull the rope.

The second embodiment of the dryer

If the model of a stationary dryer is not suitable for you, you can make a removable one. The product will be superimposed on the bath. In order to make such a dryer, you should use a bar with a cross section equal to 20x20 mm. From the bar to cut blanks, the dimensions of which should be equal to each other. For them, it will be necessary to make transverse bars, the lengths of which will determine the width of the structure. Dimensions of the design will depend on your preference.

The length of the main longitudinal strips will be determined by the width of the bath, as a rule, it is 700 mm. Workpieces should be carefully treated with abrasive sandpaper and varnished.
