Ventilation in apartments, as a rule, occurs through cracks in the windows of the old type, that is, fresh air enters the apartment through window cracks, and exits through an exhaust hole made in the wall of the bathroom and kitchen. And modern windows are made in such a way that excess odors, noise and dust from the street do not penetrate the apartment. Accordingly, fresh air does not penetrate into the room, so quite comfortable conditions for black mold are created. There is another reason - this is a possible blockage in the ventilation pipe.
The danger of black mold
With constant inhalation of spores of black mold and its waste products, you can provide yourself with allergies, asthma, pneumonia, and various diseases of the upper respiratory tract. In a person who stays for a long time in a room where black mold is present, immunity is reduced, periodic headaches, nosebleeds appear.
