Well-being and performance depend on how a night's sleep will be. A comfortable bed with a comfortable mattress will provide a full rest. To choose the best mattress, you must ask the seller: "What's inside the mattress?"

Which mattress to choose
Stores offer mattresses of different sizes, with various fillers and it is not easy to navigate in this abundance. How to choose a good mattress? Quality depends on density, ability to withstand intense loads. Two types of mattresses can be distinguished: spring and springless:
- with latex;
- felt;
- foam rubber;
- coconut;
- foam filler.
Orthopedic mattress springless
Double consumer mattresses made of foam rubber or polyurethane foam have a wide consumer demand. If you prefer a rigid bed, pay attention to orthopedic foam mattresses. They are light and durable, with a hard, non-sag surface. Strength depends on the thickness of the filler layer, it is 5-15 cm. The mattress has a high quality density of 2.25 kg / 30 cm³.
Natural latex mattresses that are resistant to dust mites have an antimicrobial effect. There are two types of natural latex: Dunlop - dense and heavy and light Talalay latex - soft and floating. Mattresses from it are more suitable for cots. Synthetic latex is comparable in properties to natural, but costs much cheaper. Products from it are easily rolled up and convenient for transportation, but today it is not the best choice.
It is not recommended to take a springless mattress with a latex-bonded coconut filler for a wide bed - they can withstand only 90-100 kg in weight and quickly become unusable under heavy load. There is a compromise solution - springless bilateral orthopedic mattresses with varying degrees of rigidity of the sides.
