Pictures serve as a good decoration of the interior of any room. A tastefully selected image gives the overall appearance of the room sophistication and comfort. In this case, it is important to find the right place for the picture and securely fix it on the wall. You can fix the picture in several ways, the choice depends on the design of the frame and your technical capabilities.

Determine the place where the picture should hang. At the same time, consider the optimal height of the arrangement, as well as the mutual placement of other interior items. Try on the picture to the selected place, using the help of a partner. Mark with a pencil on the wall a point corresponding to one of the corners of the frame.

If you are a supporter of simple and straightforward solutions, use a regular nail or screw to hang the picture. Drill a hole in the wall, insert a plastic dowel or wooden cork into it.

Drive a nail into the prepared area or screw in a screw. In this case, the mounting hole should be behind the surface of the picture. Attach a strong thread or cord horizontally to the back of the frame to allow slight sagging. Now it remains to hang the picture and align it.

For better suspension, use the so-called classic fasteners, widely used in galleries and exhibition halls. Attach a wooden profiled frame or flexible cornice to the wall and hang the picture with the help of scaffolds. This method of mounting is convenient if you want to place several paintings related to the general theme on the wall.

Draw a straight line on the wall surface. Drill a series of holes along the line on which fasteners will be placed. Install the fasteners on the wall with dowels and screws. Place an aluminum profile on the connecting fasteners and snap it into place with a little effort. After assembly of the structure, all the connecting elements should be inside the groove of the profile rail.

If it is necessary to fix several paintings on the wall in a considerable space, join the trimmed pieces of the profile on the wall, bringing the fastening structure to the required length. At the same time, try to mount the elements so that the cut part is located with the edge.

Insert the fishing lines on which the pictures will be hung, insert them into the groove from the end, having screwed the tips on them in advance. The fishing line inserted into the profile can be moved along the length of the profile to select the most convenient place for the picture. Close the ends of the profile with plastic plugs.
