Troubles sometimes happen and nothing can be done about it. You can only learn to get rid of their consequences. For example, spilled green paint on a carpet (a solution of brilliant green spirit, medically) can bring several minutes of terrible worries about the rug or carpet being permanently damaged. No need to rush to conclusions: a fresh stain from brilliant green can be removed.

In no case do not immediately try to wipe off the green stain that has formed on the carpet with water or alcohol (alcohol can only help with the same stains on lacquered wooden surfaces and body skin, and this is not always the case).

Buy a 10% solution of ammonia in the store’s department and, returning home, thoroughly wet a piece of unnecessary rag with them, with the help of which you are going to wipe a small spot from the green stuff on the carpet or carpet. Prepare some of these rags - you may need to use all of them.

Rub a speck of zelenka with a rag well moistened with ammonia. You may need to repeat this action several times, changing the rag, until the stain completely disappears.

In case of a large stain: not sparing ammonia solution, carefully pour it from the bottle onto the stain from brilliant green. You should first check the effect of ammonia on the pile of the carpet somewhere in an inconspicuous place on the corner, because it is likely that the carpet pile itself can suffer.

Wait a few minutes. The carpet in front of your eyes will gradually take on its former virgin appearance, which did not spoil the presence of a green spot from a solution of brilliant green spirit for several minutes on it.

Refuse to use a 10% ammonia solution in case of negative manifestations that have occurred after applying ammonia to the test corner of the pile of your carpet. In this case, you can try hydrogen peroxide as a stain remover, products of the Vanish oxy action or Amway series (in some cases they help a lot, but they can’t completely remove the brilliant green, although it will brighten it considerably).

Urgently contact a carpet cleaner if your attempts to remove a stain from the green on the carpet were unsuccessful, because the fresher the stain, the easier it will be for professionals.
