A bonfire is an event included in the program of any tourist trip. A bonfire emits light and gives heat. With it, you can dry your wet clothes, boil water, prepare a delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the view of a bonfire can cheer up even the most gloomy tourist. You can make a fire in several ways using the most simple materials at hand.

The most common way is to make a bonfire using a dry newspaper and small twigs. Use a newspaper. Toilet paper and paper towels do not burn, but smolder, and it will be quite problematic to make a fire with them.

Not every time a tourist trip is accompanied by clear sunny weather. Such natural phenomena as wind, rain and fog, contrary to favorable weather forecasts, can take you by surprise at any moment. To make a fire in bad weather for many may seem like an impossible task. But if you took plexiglass or pieces of rubber with you, for example, particles of an old car camera, the process of lighting a fire will not take you much time and effort.

It is possible to make a fire with the help of sunflower oil. True, this product itself does not burn, but if the paper is moistened in oil and set on fire, it will burn twice as much and longer than untreated.

Even a small cinder of a regular wax candle can be useful for a bonfire. Dig a small hole in the ground, put a candle in it and slowly cover it with thin, dry twigs. In just a few minutes you can enjoy the warmth and bright light of the fire.

You can make a good bonfire with the help of what surrounds you, for example, with the help of a birch bark - birch bark. Just do not cut the bark from a living tree, it is better to look for an old dried birch to make a bonfire. Birch bark is easily stratified into thin plates that burn excellently even during rain.

You can make a bonfire by singing a bunch of dry pine needles, gradually laying small dry twigs on them. If there are no thin branches at your fingertips, try to set fire to thick ones, just before you bring a match to them, use a knife to make fir-tree-shaped incisions on the branches.
