After you have selected paints, brushes, a picture and a T-shirt, you can begin the process of painting. It is better to lay a layer of cardboard or newspapers between the front and back of the T-shirt, it is much easier to fix the fabric on the cardboard. It is not necessary to fix the fabric, but it is desirable, since in the process of drawing it will otherwise begin to fidget and the drawing may be shifted. The drawing is most conveniently transferred with a soft simple pencil, and then painted.

The drawing on the T-shirt must be allowed to dry for at least 24 hours. Then you can begin to consolidate it. Fix the pattern with an iron, ironing it through gauze or cotton fabric at the maximum temperature allowed for the fabric. Washing and any exposure to water is allowed 48 hours after fixing. When washing, you need to use only mild detergents, the water temperature should not exceed 30-40 degrees. Long spin at high speeds cannot be used, acrylic-painted T-shirts are washed, squeezed and dried like delicate fabrics.
