It happens that the heating season is in full swing, and the batteries do not really warm. At the same time, neighbors or in an adjacent room soars no worse than in a Finnish bath. Most likely, the fact is that your radiators have a number of disadvantages that do not allow them to bask in full force. In fact, these shortcomings are easily fixed.

Instruction manual

1

Part of the radiator may become clogged with rust. Because of this, cold air is stuck inside the cork and does not allow the battery to warm up at full strength. Using a hairdryer, warm the cold part of the battery for 15-20 minutes. This is usually enough to eliminate the air lock.

2

To heat the radiator more, place a foil-covered screen between it and the wall. It will reflect heat and return it back to the room. It is desirable to make the heat reflector a little larger than the battery in size, and the distance between it and the radiators should be at least 3 mm.

3

Remove the decorative grilles and protective panels from the radiator. Of course, they look great, but they prevent the heat from being distributed as it should. Also, do not block the batteries with furniture, cabinets, and so on.

4

A good way is to coat the radiator with heat-insulating paint. So your batteries will heat up better and, accordingly, will warm you more efficiently.
