Steam method for cleaning suede. Hold the product for several minutes (10-15) over steam. After that, use a stiff brush to clean it. At the final stage, wipe the gray suede with a damp, clean cloth.

A mixture of baking soda and warm milk also effectively copes with various contaminants. To do this, mix these components in a ratio of 1 tablespoon per glass. Moisten a special stiff brush in the resulting solution and apply to the product in a circular motion. After that, wipe it with a damp cloth and place it in a well-ventilated area for drying.

Heavily soiled areas on gray suede can be removed using a special mixture. To prepare it, mix 1 tablespoon of turpentine, 1 tablespoon of talcum powder, 1 tablespoon of magnesia solution. Using a wooden stick, bring this mixture to a uniform consistency. First, treat the product from gray suede with unboiled warm milk using an ordinary kitchen sponge. After this, apply the prepared mixture to the contaminated area. Drop a few drops of pure turpentine on top of the paste. Once the product has dried, remove the residue with a stiff brush. Then wipe the product with a damp cloth. This procedure can be done several times until the pollution disappears completely.

A greasy stain on suede can be removed with talcum powder and gasoline. To do this, moisten a contaminated area with a cotton pad (swab) with a small amount of gasoline. Sprinkle with talcum powder on top and wait 20-30 minutes. Use a stiff brush to remove any residue.
