Return the yellowed fur to white by sprinkling it with semolina or potato starch. Rub the fur a little, then shake well and comb.

Pour a solution of a teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide, a few drops of ammonia and a glass of warm water into the spray bottle. Sprinkle on their fur and let it dry in the bright sun.

Wipe the fur with a sponge soaked in gasoline or a mixture of water, alcohol and table vinegar in the same proportions. Wipe it with a clean cloth after a couple of minutes. It is recommended to wipe the long-haired fur along the pile, and the short-haired fur, on which there are old spots, is against the pile.

Clean rabbit fur and light astrakhan fur using a mixture of rye or wheat bran. Place them in a metal dish and, stirring, heat over a fire. Sprinkle hot bran on the fur, after a while, collect them with a brush. Shake the collar and if it is made of rabbit fur, comb it thoroughly.

Heat dry sand to clean a collar made from otter or beaver fur. Sprinkle the fur with sand, wipe it with your palm. Shake off dirty sand and add clean sand until your palm is no longer dirty.

Remove stains from fat with a solution prepared from a teaspoon of ammonia, three teaspoons of salt and? liter of water. After finishing the treatment, gently wipe the collar several times with a cotton swab moistened and squeezed from the water.

Mix equal parts of ammonia and meth or 3 parts of sodium chloride, 50 parts of water and 1 part of ammonia. Wipe the collar with a solution, pat it with linen cloth and shake it.

Restore the luster of the fur by wiping the collar with a cloth dampened in vinegar essence. To maintain shine, periodically moisten the fur with glycerin.
