Often the entire device does not require repair, since in most cases individual components fail. To replace the defective part, find out the model number and serial number of the treadmill, as well as the error number that will help determine the cause of the malfunction.

Typically, the error number is displayed on the treadmill display. Most simulators have the same alphanumeric combination of codes, but if the error messages mentioned below do not correspond to those that appear on the display of your device, refer to the treadmill instructions. E1 notification means speed sensor error. In this case, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and from the track, wait 1 minute, and turn on the power. If, after the operation, the track has not returned to working condition, contact the service center or the dealer for service, informing him of the error code. E6 and E7 notifications indicate a pickup motor error. The procedure is the same as for error E1.

Before contacting a service center, do not forget to make sure that the track is faulty due to the automatic activation of the protective mechanism, which is present in all devices of this type. The treadmill may stop if the allowable load exceeds the norm. To continue using the device, unplug the power cord from the track, then press the safety switch (usually safety switch) and connect the power cord to the track. Pay attention to the fact that the treadmill automatically stops working if it has been connected to the network for more than six hours in a row (for some models, the automatic shutdown time varies from 3 to 5 hours). To start the track again, unplug the power cord, and after a few minutes, reconnect the device to the network.

If the above operations did not give any results, and the treadmill still does not work, then you should contact the professionals, since self-repair can adversely affect the further operation of the device. Call your service center and inform the model, the serial number of the device and the error code displayed on the display.
