Instruction manual

1

Treat the areas of skin on which superglue has got by washing with “Antikley Supermoment” (from Henkel company). Superwash can be purchased at any building materials store. It effectively removes the remnants of any glue, not only from the skin, but also from the fabric, and also perfectly copes with traces of ink and markers. You just need to apply the product with a cotton swab, dishwashing sponge or napkin and rub it a little. Then you should wait some time until the spots are completely dissolved.

2

Get a solution called Dimexide from your pharmacy. Apply a small amount of liquid to superglue stains with a cotton swab or sponge. Rub thoroughly and then rinse with warm water.

3

Soak your hands in a warm bath (you can pre-dilute a drop of Fairy in water). Hold your hands in the bath for 5-7 minutes. Periodically rub the skin on which the glue has got with a dishwashing sponge. The basis of superglue is cyanoacrylate, which exfoliates and loses its fastening properties when in contact with warm water. Therefore, 5 minutes is enough for you to remove the remnants of superglue from the skin.

4

Remove the glue from your fingers with a regular shallow nail file. Just rub the problem area, but do not get carried away, otherwise you can damage the surface of the skin.

5

Thoroughly treat the problem area with a sponge or napkin previously moistened with acetone. After removing glue, wash your hands with soap. The procedure is best carried out on the balcony or in the corridor, so that everything else does not add poisoning with caustic fumes.

6

You can take no measures at all to remove superglue from your hands. After a couple of days, the glue layer will go away by itself due to basic personal hygiene, for this it is enough just to wash your hands with soap in warm water. The more often you do this, the sooner you will get rid of traces of glue.
