Repair is a long and unpleasant business, especially if you do it yourself. During paint work, splashes of paint may get on the glass. You can wipe them using improvised means.

Stationery knife, refined gasoline, acetone, white spirit, wiper, foil, iron.

Moisten contaminated stela areas with hot water. This will help remove paint faster. Then take a clerical knife and gently scrape off the stains. Use only a sharp blade for these purposes, otherwise there will be scratches on the glass.

Buy white spirit at a hardware store. Soak a cotton pad in the dissolve and apply to the stain from the paint. Hold in this position for several minutes and remove any dirt.

Clean the water-based paint stain with a wiper. It is sold by household chemical stores and large supermarkets. Spray on stained glass and leave for a while. Then wipe with a clean, damp cloth. If the stain could not be washed, remove mechanically with a clerical knife.

Use refined gasoline. You can buy it at the hardware store. Treat the ink marks with a cotton swab dipped in the product. If gasoline is not at hand, use acetone or kerosene.

Attach a piece of foil to the contaminated area of glass and heat it with an iron or building hair dryer. Under the influence of high temperature, the paint softens and is easy to remove. Such a procedure can only be carried out if large drops of paint are present on the glass.

After removing the paint, wash the glass. To do this, use a special tool. Spray the liquid onto the glass, wipe it with a good absorbent cloth and polish it with a dry microfiber cloth.

Dilute 1 tablespoon of 10% ammonia in a few liters of clean water. Moisten a foam sponge and clean the glass from dirt. Then wipe with a damp cloth and polish with a dry cloth.
Useful advice
Try to remove traces of paint as soon as possible. Fresh stains can be wiped off with a cloth soaked in clean water.
