How to beat a mole

Moth is not such a common problem for the present, which somehow, but learned to fight. If you look at its essence and understand it well, it turns out that this is not a problem at all, which it was in the past.

A person is used to storing his clothes in confined spaces (cabinets, etc.). Wherever these pieces of furniture are located: in an apartment or in a private house - the most common problem that is associated with them is the mole.

The hostesses do not intend to endure this state of affairs for a long time and quickly begin to dismantle their "rubble" in the closet. They see spoiled things and, examining the holes, begin to spew unflattering definitions in the direction of winged insects.

Currently, there are a lot of various modern means designed to fight moths. They are usually used by young people. A generation whose age has exceeded sixty years, in this struggle they prefer to use a tool that has been tested for years. This is naphthalene, which they will protect with "foam at the mouth", trying to prove to the young that it is better not to find it. In fact, at the end of the twentieth century, naphthalene was universally banned, but continues to be used in Russia.

The reason for the ban was a study by American scientists who found that naphthalene can cause cancer. Unfortunately, in our country this is still not paid any attention. This chemical compound can still be found on sale in some places. Resourceful sellers present this tool as the only one that can cope with moths, and this, according to old memory, continues to be used by our grandparents. However, all this gives only a temporary effect. The right way would be to directly influence the cause of the appearance of the moth.

If you look at the root of the problem, it turns out that our things are not needed at all. The myth in which she loves woolen things has been around for a very long time. Moth is an insect that needs organic substances to maintain its vital functions. A supplier of organics is man. Using clothes, he leaves on it particles of his skin, sweat and hair, which is a treat for these insects. And since organics is closely related to the fabric of clothing, pests do not disdain it.

Based on this, scientists together with entomologists concluded: in order to get rid of moths, clothes must be cleaned. This is best done in dry cleaning. After things wrapped in polyethylene are returned beneath it, a specific odor may persist. A similar problem is easy to solve. It is enough to take things outside (to the balcony), leave them there for 2-3 hours, and the smell will disappear.

Such a simple way will help get rid of winged "terrorists." If you have this problem, carefully monitor your clothes and use dry cleaning services at least once every few months.
