Grate 300 g of hard cheese and sprinkle with it prepared layers. You can crush the dough with various aromatic herbs. When the oven warms up to 220 degrees, bake focaccia for 10 minutes. Serve such bread immediately to the table, otherwise it will become stale. Do not do it in advance, you can only prepare the dough. This type of focaccia goes well with gravy, sauces and various liquid masses.
