Put gold jewelry in the resulting composition and leave for two hours. After that, rinse them thoroughly with clean running water and wipe them dry with a soft cloth.

Salt is the easiest and most effective way to clean gold at home. To prepare the cleaning solution, you only need two ingredients: water and salt. Stir in three cups of boiling water three tablespoons of table salt. Immerse the gold jewelry in saline and leave it overnight. In the morning it will remain to rinse them with running water and wipe them with a lint-free cloth.

Stir two tablespoons of baking soda in a glass of hot water. Take a deep glass container and put the foil on the bottom, place gold jewelry on it, fill it with the prepared cleaning solution. Leave the jewelry overnight, rinse in the morning in clean water and pat dry with a soft towel.

White gold is recommended to be cleaned with a solution prepared from ammonia and water mixed in equal proportions. You can add a little shampoo. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and place the gold in the resulting composition. After thirty minutes, rinse and dry the decorations. In no case do not leave white gold wet, this can adversely affect the metal. It is forbidden to use powders, pastes and brushes to clean jewelry made of this metal.
