Before cleaning the vacuum cleaner, carefully protect yourself from dust by wearing an apron and work gloves. Humidify the air around the vacuum cleaner by spraying water from a spray bottle. This will prevent you from swallowing dust rising into the air. Unplug the vacuum cleaner. Wipe it outside.

Remove the dust bag from the vacuum cleaner. Throw away the disposable immediately (it cannot be used twice in any case) and replace with a new one. It is enough to change a paper dust bag once a month. The reusable bag is made of fabric so that it can be periodically cleaned and washed. First thoroughly shake out all contents by placing the dust bag in a plastic or garbage bag with the hole down.

Wash the bag with soap, dry, put it back in the vacuum cleaner. Do not wait until the reusable dust bag is full, wash it as often as possible. The accumulated dust prevents the free passage of purified air, which can lead to overheating and damage to the motor.

If you have a vacuum cleaner with a container (cyclone vacuum cleaner), remove it, shake out the garbage, wash, dry and put the container back into the vacuum cleaner. Use a different way. Pour water directly into the filter. Wait a while until all the dust turns into slurry. Now throw away the dirt and wash all parts of the vacuum cleaner as usual.

A vacuum cleaner with a water filter must be cleaned after each cleaning. To do this, drain dirty water and rinse the filter container well. The cleaner the filter, the cleaner the air in the room.

To clean the washing vacuum cleaner, lower the hose with the nozzle into a bucket of clean water and turn on the appliance for 5-10 minutes. Thus it is washed. After that, open the lid of the vacuum cleaner and drain the dirty water. Dry the container.
