To get rid of rust, use the following hand tools: hydrogen peroxide and ammonia, which can be easily purchased at a pharmacy. Take a glass dish and wash it thoroughly under running water. Dry with paper towels or a napkin. Put on rubber gloves, pour one hundred grams of ammonia into a container, and pour fifty grams of hydrogen peroxide into a thin stream. Thoroughly mix the resulting solution, apply it to a clean cloth, and thoroughly treat the place where the rust occurred. After fifteen minutes, rinse with warm running water. If necessary, you can repeat the procedure. It is recommended to carry out this manipulation in a well-ventilated place.

2

An old rusty stain on a metal bath is not easy to remove. It is not necessary to spend money on expensive chemicals in order to return the bath to its original whiteness, it is enough to have at hand the usual table salt and wine vinegar. Prepare a rust remover solution from these components. Pour one hundred milliliters of wine vinegar into a glass jar, add two tablespoons of table salt and put in the microwave. Heat the composition to 60 ° C, wipe the traces of rust with a cloth with a resulting solution. Leave on for twenty minutes and rinse off the rest of the product with running water.

3

You can remove rust from metal objects using ordinary potatoes, which incorporate oxalic acid. She is able to cope with the task and the challenge. To do this, take the potatoes, wash them, peel them and cut a small piece. Sprinkle a little fine salt on it and thoroughly rub the rust-affected area.

Freshly squeezed lemon juice and vinegar also contain acid. Mix the listed components in equal proportions, apply the resulting product liberally to a rusty stain. After twenty minutes, rinse with plenty of water. This composition can remove rust not only from metal, but also from clothing (it is not recommended to use this method to remove rust from colored fabrics, as they can lose color due to acid) and tiles. Just apply the solution to the problem area and stand for fifteen minutes (you can hold it on metal objects for a couple of hours). Then rub the rust stain with a brush, rinse with running water.
