The easiest way is to get a cat with a hunting instinct. But, unfortunately, it’s not so easy to find an “experienced” pet ready to defend its territory and fight rats. By the way, only an adult cat can defeat an adult rodent. The kitten will not cope with this and may even be in a dangerous situation.
How to Drive Rats Out Using Odor
Rodents react very sensitively to different smells, so not plants and synthetic substances will help to drive them out of the house. Chilibuha, wormwood, black elderberry, mint, Labradorum marsh and blackroot will be able to get rid of rats. The leaves of these plants are regularly laid out in places where rodents come. Mint can be dried, put in cloth bags and hung in places where rats nest.
If it is not possible to find plant repellents, you can use synthetic ones: turpentine, formalin and kerosene. They spray the places where rodents come, at least 5 days.
