They should be applied to the surface of the bath and left for 15-20 minutes, then the surface is cleaned with a rag or sponge and rinsed with warm water. For enameled baths suitable means: "Pemolux", "Comets". They contain baking soda, which facilitates cleaning the bath and increases its service life. It is more difficult to use an acrylic bathtub; to clean it, you need liquid or gel-like products, such as San Klin, Mr. Chister, Pani Bath, Arlilan Spray.

To clean the bath, you need to use a sponge and an acid-free product, alkali or alcohol. The best option is liquid, gel or paste products.

To remove rust, you can use any tool that is sold in the store, while remember that their too frequent use negatively affects the enamel. To remove rust spots from the enameled bath, you can use folk remedies, such as baking soda. It is applied to the stain and left for 10-15 minutes, after which it is washed off with water. Alternatively, you can apply a mixture of borax with vinegar, which is applied to the rag and rubbed the damaged rusty place until the stain disappears.

To remove limescale from the enamel bath, ammonia is usually used. Alcohol is dissolved in water, applied for 10 minutes to stains of limescale, and then washed off. Sometimes lemon juice or vinegar with salt is used.

Lemon juice dissolves stains after 8-10 minutes, vinegar almost instantly. After stains are removed, the treated areas are rinsed and wiped with a dry cloth.

To clean the acrylic bath from limescale, citric acid or vinegar is used. Water is collected in the bath at a temperature of 20-25 degrees, so that the limescale spots are closed by at least 5 centimeters. Then one and a half liters of vinegar or a seven percent solution of citric acid is added to the water. Everything is thoroughly mixed. In this form, the bath is left for 11-12 hours. After which the water is drained, the surface is rinsed with warm water and wiped with a dry cloth.
