Instruction manual

1

Free the refrigerator - take out all the products, pull out the shelves and drawers. Disconnect the refrigeration unit from the mains and turn it around so that you can easily access its rear wall. It is there, in a niche, on a metal traverse, that a compressor is located.

2

Lift up the compressor. Gently bend the tubes and slide the compressor forward 5-7 cm. To prevent the steel tube from breaking, you should be very careful when working with it.

3

Break the filling tube and remove the freon from the cooling system. To do this, squeeze the capillary tube and turn on the refrigerator compressor for 3 minutes. During this time, the freon available in the unit is pumped to the condenser. Take the special piercing valve and fix it on the filter drier. Connect the hose to the evacuated cylinder and pierce the filter drier by tightening the selection valve. Open the cylinder valve for 30 seconds and collect the freon. Close the device.

4

Solder the copper tube into place. The length of the copper tube should be 6 cm, diameter - 6 mm. Soldering of refrigerator parts can be carried out using a soldering iron or air-propane torch.

5

Make an incision on the capillary tube. The notch should be 3-5 cm from the filter drier. Break off the tube along the notch line. Unfasten the filter drier from the condenser and dismantle it.

6

Unsolder the compressor from the suction and discharge tubes. Strip the old solder from the refrigerator tube and install the plugs.

7

Remove the plugs from the new compressor. Connect the compressor nozzles to the piping of the refrigeration unit. Install the filter drier on the condenser and insert the capillary tube. Solder the compressor. Carefully inspect the solder points on all sides with a mirror. Make sure that the soldering is done evenly and that there are no gaps left.
