But, unfortunately, animals are able to give not only joy, but also problems that upset the owners of four-legged friends and bring them some difficulties. One of the problems is puddles of urine in the wrong place. So how to get rid of cat urine on the couch and eliminate the smell?

Regardless of the reason the cat left urine in the wrong place, the pungent smell and puddle require immediate removal. First of all, take a rag (which will not be a pity to throw away) or paper towels and pat a puddle of urine until all the moisture has been absorbed. So it will be easier to get rid of the stains on the couch.

Take table vinegar 9% and dilute with water in equal proportions. Put the prepared solution with a rag in place with cat urine. Sprinkle a loan with a thick layer of baking soda and leave for fifteen minutes. Then pour clean water into a basin, take a clean rag and wipe everything thoroughly. The cat will no longer spoil the sofa, and the smell will not leave a trace.

If the stain on the sofa is fresh, then ordinary laundry soap will come to your aid, which should be grated and mix the chips with warm water. Put the prepared soap gruel on the sofa and leave for ten to twenty minutes until the fabric is completely saturated with the solution. It remains to remove the soapy solution with a damp sponge.

At the pet store, purchase special products to remove odors from cat urine. Such preparations contain enzymes that destroy urine salt crystals and completely neutralize odors. The most reliable are the following tools of Western manufacturers: "Pet Stain & Odor Remover", "Urine Off", "Complete Pet Stain & Odor Remover" and "Just for cats Stain & Odor Remover". The high quality of these products allows you to use them even on leather products. When applying professional products, clearly follow the instructions.

If your sofa is dark, use potassium permanganate or iodine to remove urine from it. Dilute several crystals of potassium permanganate in water to a pink color and blot the stain with a sponge. After treatment, wipe the area with a clean, damp cloth. Iodine should be diluted at the rate of fifteen drops per half liter of water and treated in the same way as with potassium permanganate.

The use of flavorings is not a rhenium problem. Such common means as dried parsley, deodorants, ground coffee, aromatic oils (orange, lemon, lime and tea tree), asterisk can only interrupt the smell for a while, but not eliminate it at all.
