Are you those happy parents whose kid is going to become a famous artist in the future? Then you have often come across stains of paint in the most unexpected places - wallpapers, furniture, a new dress. Gouache is also present on any clothing of your baby. Wash it on a white T-shirt or new jeans is not so simple, but possible.

How to wash gouache from clothes

If you follow the washing rules, then you can get rid of gouache without a trace. Since its composition is quite dense and corrosive, you will have to try. As it dries, it brightens, and if applied too thick, the paint may even crack.

But the sooner you notice stains on clothes, the more chances to get rid of them. You need to act in order.

Wet the spot with cold water and soap thoroughly with soap and water. Wait a few minutes and rinse your clothes. If the stain does not disappear, you will have to look for another option.

Mix ammonia and glycerin. Spread a stain with this solution and leave for 30-40 minutes. Then wash it manually with laundry soap or in the washing machine, using your own detergent.

You can also use a concentrated and high-quality dishwashing detergent. In this case, proceed in exactly the same way as in the previous version.
