Far few residents of apartment buildings are wondering: "How to decorate the landing?". Even less often do people think about this, for the cleanliness of the houses of which the cleaning lady watches. But to make your entrance even a little more beautiful and original, to create an atmosphere of comfort and goodwill in it is not at all difficult.

Before proceeding with the design of the landing, invite neighbors to this interesting event and invite them to start a joint project to improve the entrance. Creating a design together, you will not only find a lot of the most unexpected ideas and solutions, but also become real friends.

Organize a small redecoration at the entrance. Thoroughly wash the floor and stairs, cover the cracks and cracks on the walls, whitewash the ceiling.

Bright and colorful drawings will become an excellent decoration of the walls of your entrance. It can be images of fairy-tale heroes, birds or animals, landscapes, still lifes, and anything else. Allow children and teens to participate in wall decoration. Contributing to the decoration of the entrance, they will never spoil their own work.

Having designed the walls, proceed to the refinement of the windows. Wash the windows and frames thoroughly. Put napkins on the windowsills, which you can make yourself using a cloth or ordinary oilcloth. Napkins on the windows can take the form of snowflakes, flowers, clouds, stars, fruits and berries.

Place two to three pots of indoor plants on each windowsill. Try to choose those flowers that do not require frequent watering and are not afraid of coolness. These include: cissus, chlorophytum, ivy, saxifrage, tradescantia. Decorate flower pots with bright ribbons and bows.

If there are no window sills in your stairwell staircase, place flower pots on high racks or in wall pots.

Decorate the windows on the landing with decorative short curtains. Make them yourself. To do this, cut out rectangles of light fabric whose width is equal to the height of the window. Collect one of the sides of the resulting shreds into folds using a regular stationery stapler. Attach the curtains to the wall using double-sided tape or glue.

To maintain cleanliness, place a small rug in front of each staircase.
