Caring for a wig made of artificial hair primarily comes down to gentle combing. To do this, it is fixed on a special blank or on a jar of a suitable size - this measure prevents hair pulling out, which often happens when combing a wig lying on your hands.
For combing, a special brush or comb with rare teeth is used. The tangled curls are pre-carefully disassembled by fingers, and then combed, starting from the ends of the strands and moving to the top of the wig. If the hair is curly - they are combed only with your fingers, you can not use combs and brushes, because curls from this develop, and hair is easily injured.
You need to wash a synthetic wig in lukewarm water, in which a mild shampoo is dissolved. The wig is immersed in water and left for 5-10 minutes, after which it is carefully rinsed in cool water, trying not to mix hair.
After washing, you can use a balm that will give artificial hair extra softness - the balm is dissolved in barely warm water, the wig is immersed in the solution, and left to act for 10 minutes. Rinse your hair after applying the balm is not necessary.
Drying the wig is done first on a towel - to absorb excess water, then - on a blank until it is completely dry. A wet wig must not be squeezed, twisted, or warped. While the hair is wet - they can be sprayed with conditioner, which will add fluffiness to the hair and avoid the accumulation of static electricity.
Hair styling is done without the use of a hair dryer, hair rollers and tongs.
