Prepare shoes that need to be cleaned from stains for the cleaning process. Check if small salt grains are stuck in the sole. Clean your boots from dirt using a soft, damp cloth. Try not to wet the zipper, if any. Avoid getting water inside the boot.

Make a solution of vinegar and water, mixing them in a ratio of 1: 2, prepare a tissue from toilet paper or a paper towel and moisten it in a vinegar solution. Gently rub the boots with a makeshift paper towel, carefully removing the white stains. After that, wipe the shoes with a soft, dry cloth. Remove stains sequentially, one after another, each time using a dry cloth to drain the skin.

Dry your boots at room temperature without the use of additional tools (heaters, dryers and other appliances). After the shoes have dried, look for any stains again. If this happens, then the purification procedure will have to be repeated again. If everything went well and the spots disappeared, then clean the boots with shoe polish, applying it to the brush with thick bristles. After that, carefully polish the skin of the boots.

Regularly cream your boots and clean them after every trip to the street. Then they will last long enough. When it is wet and cold outside, be sure to use special impregnating agents and barriers. Choose them depending on the material from which the shoes are made.

If white stains occur on suede boots, grab fresh potato cut in half and rub the suede. After that, dry the boots and gently brush them. To care for the pile, use a rubber brush with fine fibers. Do not forget to straighten the pile. If brushing does not help, hold the boots above the steam and rub the brush again.
