Velor - this word came to us from the French language, in translation it means velvet. In ancient times, only very wealthy people wore velvet clothes, and girls who had at least one velvet dress were considered rich brides, because the price of velvet was equal to the price of land. Now velor is a fabric popular and loved by many. It is used for sewing clothes, shoes, curtains, draperies, as upholstery. But caring for him is not so simple! For example, not everyone even knows how to wash velor.

Velor clothing will last a long time, if properly looked after. Read the information on the label carefully before washing. Products can be washed both manually and in a washing machine at a temperature of no higher than + 30 ° C. Do not use chemically active additives or bleaches when washing. For washing, select a powder labeled COLOR or a delicate “Napkin” type powder. Velor products should not be soaked.

If a stain appears on the velor and you don’t plan to wash the entire product, prepare a mild soap solution, place your product on a table, ironing board or on the floor and with a soft brush (sponge) clean the contaminated area with gentle, gentle movements. To dry a wet spot faster, you can use a hairdryer, but do not bring it close to the fabric.

But it is impossible to twist products from velor. If you are washing in a typewriter, then select the "delicate spin", "easy ironing" mode, then the clothes will not be washed. Dry in the air, but to prevent direct sunlight.
