Gradually, natural fur becomes stale in appearance if not cleaned. When severe impurities appear on the fur coat, the fur can only be washed. This must be done with extreme caution, otherwise the product will deteriorate.

You will need

  • - detergent;

  • - brush for fur;

  • - vinegar.

Instruction manual

1

Do a little experiment before starting the wash. Pull the tuft of wool. If you have too many hairs left in your hand, it is undesirable to wash the coat, as it can peel off. If the product is new enough and the fur does not spill from it, you can start the procedure.

2

If the rabbit fur coat is decorated with metal elements or it has inserts from other fur, try to unfasten them. Remember to remove everything from the pockets.

3

Pour warm water into the basin and add a little liquid powder. If the coat has persistent dirt, apply detergent to them and leave for 10-15 minutes. Then wash the product in a pre-prepared solution. Do not rub your hands too hard, otherwise it will deteriorate.

4

Wash a volumetric coat in a typewriter. Put the product in a special bag or in a regular pillowcase. Put in the drum and turn on the delicate washing mode with spin speeds of about 500, but no more. Use liquid powder, as it is much easier to rinse with a fur product. Add the last rinse a glass of 5% vinegar.

5

Hang the rabbit fur coat on the shoulders above the bathtub - residual moisture can drain from it. Comb the fur with a special brush or regular massage. Shake the product as it dries and comb it again to make the fur even.

6

If in some places the fur began to run out, spray the product from the spray gun with a weak solution of air conditioning (10 ml per liter of water) and comb it.

note

Costly products should be dry cleaned. Do not try to wash them yourself. The rabbit's fur is very soft, therefore, when in contact with water and detergent, it can irreparably deteriorate.

Useful advice

When the contamination is localized mainly on the sleeves and collar, wipe the problem areas with a damp sponge and dishwashing detergent. Then rinse with a cloth soaked in clean water. It is not necessary to completely erase the fur coat in this case.
