Washing modes
Modern washing machines, whether automatic or semi-automatic, have several washing modes, designed for different types of fabrics and varying degrees of soiling. As a rule, within the same mode you can change the washing temperature, adjust the washing time and spin speed. To ensure a high quality wash, adhere to the regime that matches the laundry. Before you put it in the machine, sort it by color so that colored things do not color white and light. Sorting should be done according to the degree of contamination - because for very dirty things the most extreme mode with a high temperature and several washing cycles is used. If ordinary things are washed in this mode, they can quickly become unusable. When sorting, check for any foreign objects in the laundry: paper clips, coins, pins. If you are washing a heavy item, such as a blanket, turn off spin mode.
Strictly maintain the weight of the wash. Both overload and underload of the washing machine are unfavorable.
The main part of the washing machine, on which its service life depends, is the heater. So that it does not fail as long as possible, it is necessary to ensure the absence of scale. Use, if possible, the most gentle temperature and washing modes, especially since modern washing powders are quite effective even at not very high temperatures.
Choice of detergents
Select washing powders and additives according to the type of your washing machine. Do not use detergents intended for hand washing - they have too high foaming. If your tap water is too hard, add special water softeners so as not to increase the consumption of washing powder. Try not to use air conditioners and fragrances that have already expired. And do not put cleaners and solvents that are used to remove stains into the machine.
High-quality washing powders already contain limescale in their composition, so it is not necessary to use such additives sold separately when washing.
