Laser levels, or levels, are used everywhere today, because they give accurate results and do not require special tricks in working with them. There are several designs of such devices, however, the principle of their operation is always the same - therefore, using the laser level is quite simple when you know certain rules.
Preparation for use
Before starting work, the laser level needs to be recharged. Usually they work on battery or batteries - if the device is charged, a laser beam will appear when you press the power button. Most models of levels have the function of choosing its settings, so you should choose a specific setting to increase the operating time without recharging the device. So, for high-altitude measurements, an exclusively vertical beam with an appropriate scanning angle should be used.
Since the laser level can be operated under certain conditions, care should be taken when working with it outdoors.
Also, before using the laser level, you should take care of your safety - and first of all, about protecting your eyes. If the device is not equipped with special glasses, they must be purchased separately, since the laser beam can adversely affect unprotected organs of vision. After completing the preparation, you can begin to carry out operations for which the laser level is intended.
