There is also an excellent folk remedy for cleaning silver products. Grate the potatoes, pour the resulting slurry with water and dip the silver products into this mixture. Pour boiling water into the container and rinse after about a quarter of an hour with cold water.
There is another way to clean silver. You will need salt, baking soda and dishwashing liquid. Put all the ingredients in a container and fill everything with boiling water and put silver jewelry in the solution. After about ten minutes, rinse the silver with running cold water.
A rather original and easy way to clean silver is with an ordinary eraser. It is advisable to use a soft eraser. This method of cleaning will allow you to get rid of black on silver products.
