If you spilled tea on a white thing, stains of this kind are removed with a mixture of glycerol and ammonia, and old stains can be removed with a solution of oxalic acid by dissolving half a teaspoon in a glass of water. Then the thing should be washed in soapy water by adding two teaspoons of ammonia per liter of water. Also, yellow spots from tea can be removed with a few drops of lemon juice, thoroughly washing and rinsing in warm water after this procedure.

There is another way that housewives willingly share with each other, however, it may seem strange to someone. The stain can be removed with a dishwashing detergent, such as Fairy.
