To remove stains from solidol, pour turpentine into a bottle and heat in a water bath. Then moisten the cotton pad in the solvent and treat the stain, acting from the edges to the middle. After, wipe the contaminated area with ammonia. Wash the product in warm soapy water. Follow safety instructions. Avoid contact of turpentine with open flame.

Fresh spots can be removed with refined gasoline. It is sold in a hardware store. Clean the product with solvent and wash in a 10% solution of ammonia. At the end of the procedure, wipe the stain with denatured alcohol.

Car shampoo effectively removes stains from solidol. It can be bought in specialized stores or large supermarkets. Apply detergent to the cloth. After a while, rub the stain with a brush and wash the product in the usual way. Repeat the procedure if necessary.
