Washing a pan is one of the most unpleasant household chores. It is delayed either for a reason or for no reason. And the pan takes on such a look that it is not only embarrassing for the guests to show it, but it also becomes unpleasant to pick it up. And it seems that it will take a lot of time to bring this unfortunate person in order.
There is, however, an attorney method that will allow the hostess to wash the pan from soot, fat and soot without the use of chemicals and with little effort.
Materials and tools:
- a very large pan (previously linen was boiled in such), possibly enameled, but better tin,
- a tube of silicate glue - about 100 g (sold in any stationery),
- baking soda - 1/2 cup.
We put the pan in the pan, put the pan on the fire, pour water, so that the pan is completely hidden. Pour glue, fill soda. We boil for 1.5-2 hours, depending on the degree of contamination of the pan. There will be no unpleasant odor, we can calmly go about our business or drink our favorite tea.
After the specified time, remove the pan from the pan and use my usual sponge or cloth under running water in the sink.
This method can be used not only for pans, but also for pots (except for aluminum - there are stains on them), baking dishes, etc.
In this way, do not clean Teflon-coated pans. This solution is harmful to Teflon.
There are similar recipes for Teflon pans. Instead of clerical glue, they suggest using any dishwashing detergent (Dosya, Fairy, Pril, etc.). Only nowhere is it indicated whether the author used this recipe himself. But in all the instructions for such pans it is clearly written that without the oil or other contents it is impossible to heat the pan. Therefore, you can try this recipe if the pan only needs to be thrown away. If it doesn’t work out, it’s not a pity, but if everything goes well, be sure to write in the comments.
