Limescale may form on the inside walls of pans from hard water. The thinner the scum layer, the easier it will be to remove it. For these purposes, you can use both folk and modern means.

You will need

Special descaling agent, baking soda, acetic acid, citric acid, potato peeling, carbonated drink.

Instruction manual

1

Use a special descaler. In hardware stores a wide range of such drugs is provided. Before use, read the attached instructions or consult with sellers. Typically, the composition for removing scale includes weak acids - sulfamic, citric and others. When heated, they destroy limescale.

2

Pour water into the pan to be cleaned and add baking soda - 100 g per liter of water. Put the container on the fire and boil for 30 minutes. Then drain and brush off the scale. Wash the pan in running water with a dishwashing detergent.

3

Descale with citric acid. Pour clean water into the pan and stir the acid - 20 g per liter of liquid. Bring to a boil and leave for 20-30 minutes. Drain the solution, rinse the pan and repeat the procedure again. After similar processing, the dishes will be like new.

4

Pour 100 ml of 9% acetic acid and a few liters of water into the dishes. Place the pot on the stove. When the liquid begins to boil, turn off the heat. After a while, boil the solution and cool. Then drain the water, brush the dishes and rinse thoroughly in running water.

5

Descale the dishes in the old folk way. Rinse the potato peel and put in a pan. Pour filtered water and put on fire. Bring to a boil and cool. Then repeat the steps first.

6

Descale the pan in an unusual way. Take a carbonated drink like Pepsi or Coca-Cola. Shake the bottle several times to remove the gases. Then pour the liquid into the pan, bring to a boil and set aside. After 10-12 hours, drain the drink and thoroughly clean the dishes. Rinse under running water.
