Instruction manual

1

Oven care must be comprehensive. To start washing the oven, you need to clean the inner chamber and the baking sheet, and then proceed to cleaning the front panel.

2

The easiest way to wash the oven, the inner walls of which are covered with well-cleaned enamel. Fat and food debris almost do not stick to such a coating. Therefore, if you are the owner of just such an oven, wipe it from the inside with a damp cloth or non-abrasive sponge.

3

If your oven is internally coated with regular smooth enamel without grease repellent, try cleaning it with steam. To do this, pour the detergent dissolved in water (you can use a regular dishwashing liquid) into the pan and place it in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes. Then wash off the steamed stains with a damp cloth or non-abrasive sponge.

4

The inner chamber of the oven with a system for burning food residues sometimes also needs to be washed manually. Namely, in the cleaning of inaccessible areas where the dirt is not completely burned out. After self-cleaning the oven, sweep the ash out of the chamber, and then wash the hard-to-reach places with a rag or non-abrasive sponge with hot water and detergent.

A chamber of a traditional oven that does not have a special inner coating is best washed with a special oven cleaner, which you can buy at a supermarket in the household chemistry department. Just keep in mind that any special oven cleaner is a hazardous chemical. Therefore, work with it only with gloves and apply the product only when the oven has completely cooled.

6

After the inside of the oven has been cleaned, wash the trays and racks in the sink with hot water and detergent. Try not to use metal brushes and abrasive cleaners: they damage the surface of the baking sheets, which leads to further corrosion of the metal and, as a result, even more burning of food.

7

Finish washing the oven by wiping the front panel with a damp cloth and detergent. If the control panel handles are removed, put them in a warm detergent solution for a while, and when the dirt becomes wet, remove it with a brush.
