Wash the refrigerator after defrosting with a weak solution of baking soda, wipe dry and ventilate for an hour. Do not put pungent foods in it.

Wash silver cutlery in hot soapy water and wipe dry with a soft cloth. Wipe chromed metal objects with chalk powder. After that, rub with a soft cloth until it shines.

It is very easy to remove stains from glass and crystal. Take a handful of potato peel, put in the product, fill with warm water and close the lid. Then shake vigorously several times, rinse with warm water.

Renew gypsum items with thick, cold starch. When it dries after application, brush it off. The dirt will come down with it.

If your kitchen has linoleum, wash it with warm water. Update the old flooring of this type in this way: take a liter of milk and an egg. Mix the ingredients and beat them for 15 minutes. Then rub the linoleum in a thick layer with the resulting mass. After drying completely, your floor will look much better.

If cracks have formed on your furniture due to the proximity to heat sources (sun rays, a hot stove), cover them with beeswax. Before this, knead it well with your fingers, and then smooth it on the surface. With stained furniture, clean the dirt with a cloth slightly moistened with kerosene.

If the walls in your kitchen are oiled, wash them with potato paste. Prepare it this way: grate peeled potatoes, add a little water and mix. After cleaning, wash the wall with water and wipe dry. It’s not necessary to use good potatoes. Unsuitable root crops are also suitable for this purpose.

Wash the sink drain from settled fat, rinse like this: mix 1 tbsp. tablespoons of soda ash and salt, pour the mixture into the pipe. After an hour, pour a liter of hot water there.
