Cut out a sandpaper circle to the size of the lattice. In the center of the circle we make a hole so that it can be put on the auger of the meat grinder.

We fix the meat grinder on the table and collect in the usual manner. Before inserting the grate, we put on the prepared circle from sandpaper on the screw so that the working side of the sandpaper is facing the knife.

We insert the grate and fix it with an external nut. We begin to twist the handle of the assembled meat grinder at first slowly, then we accelerate the movements. We do about 30 revolutions.

We repeat the operation by inserting a new circle of sandpaper with finer grain.

It is advisable to use sandpaper on a fabric basis.

Useful advice

For future use, make a sharpener for your meat grinder, which will always be at hand. Cut out a circle from the fiberboard or plywood to the size of the lattice, stick an emery cloth on it. Let there be two such grinding wheels - with large emery paper and small.
