The first method is also very simple. It’s enough to buy and use ready-made chemicals like “Seconds” or “Nichtinol”. These drugs include ammonia, antistatic and ethyl alcohol. Spray the product over the glass surface and remove with a sponge or dry soft cloth after 15-20 minutes.

If there are no such funds at hand, you can use plain water. It is better to take warm water, not hot. Before washing the glass, immediately prepare two containers of water. One of them will be for washing, the second - for rinsing. And stock up with a second dry rag to wipe the water from the glass. In a pinch, crumpled newspapers can be used to wipe glass of water. Dry the windows so that there are no streaks.

If you add table salt to the water, it will protect your window glass from icing in winter, and will give it an extra shine. Adding 1 part of ammonia to a container of water for every 10 parts of water, you can easily wash greasy stains from the glasses.

The clouded glass is washed with warm vinegar solution (2-3 tablespoons of vinegar are taken per 1 liter of water). And with severe contamination of the glass surface, a solution of bleach will help (for 1 liter of water, take 50 g of lime).

And here is a rather old detergent for washing and cleaning glasses: for 2-3 tablespoons of crushed chalk or tooth powder, take 1 cup of water. Mix them into a smooth gruel. Dampen a cloth with this gruel and wipe the glass. After the glass has dried, wipe it with a dry and soft rag or a piece of crumpled newspaper until the powder is completely removed.

In order to keep your glass clean for as long as possible, wipe it after washing with a cloth moistened with a solution of 100 g of glycerin, 50 g of water and a few drops of ammonia. After processing the glass, let it dry. But do not wash the solution yourself.

If you want to clear ice from frozen glass, dissolve a handful of salt in half a liter of water, with this solution moisten a rag or sponge and pass it along the ice crust. Dry the glass with a rag when ice disappears.
